Whimsy is all about making the planning and execution of your event as fun and stress-free as possible. We offer a wide range of services to help accomplish this goal.

Event Coordinating

Whether you need a day-of-coordinator or a full service wedding/event planner, we are it! We believe in paying attention to the details and making sure your event is everything you want. We can work with your vendors or we can suggest some amazing people we have worked with in the past that share our same commitment to our clients. Full event planning services are a custom price based on your event but our day-of-coordinating services start at $800.

THE BAR!

We offer a wide range of bar services. We can tackle everything from a complete bar including alcohol, custom drinks, garnishes, custom cups and napkins, ice and bar tending service to customized packages to fit your needs. We are TABC licensed/certified and insured. Contact us today for a free consultation.

Flowers

We started in this business as florists. We love the flowers and that passion shows in our work. We only use the freshest, most beautiful blooms around. There is no event too big or too small for us to take on your floral needs. We can do everything from simple drop off for a DIY set-up to a full service set-up and pick up at the end of the event. We love real flowers but we are just as picky with our silk flowers. All our floral packages are custom built and priced so give us a call today and let's schedule an appointment to put together your custom proposal.

Linen Rental

We have a wide range of linens, clean and pressed and ready to go for your event. We can accommodate a modest event or an extravagant wedding. We have everything from real burlap to sequins and embroidery. We can do your napkins, chair covers, sashes, pipe and drape background, and so much more. You name your colors and theme and we can put together a linen package taylored to your tastes. Our basic polyester, round tablecloths start at $20/table and all our linen packages include US setting everything up.

Place Settings

Sometimes your caterer will provide place settings for your event, however if they don't we certainly can! We offer beautiful disposable and white ceramic. We can do disposable drink ware and utensils or real glass and silver ware. We also offer servers and busing for those DIY venues. Our place setting package starts at $3.85 and includes disposable dinner plate, cake plate, utensils and cups. We also offer basic charger plates in gold and silver for $.75 or something a bit more upscale starting at $3.50.

Dessert and Goodies

Beautiful and unique dessert and goody tables are extremely popular and a great way to show you and your fiance's individual personalities. We can set-up your dessert table with your delicious treats or we can provide an absolutely decadent table bursting with all kinds of deliciousness. We offer a fun dessert cart and and backdrop for a tempting selection of cookies, cakes, pies, candies, mousse, and so much more. We also offer a waffle bar, S'mores bar, Italian soda bar, popcorn bar and cotton candy bar, shaved ice as well as coffee service and cake cutting. Our table is "manned" with 1-2 severs for your guests convenience and includes forks, spoons, napkins, and cups. Our dessert and goodies table starts at $6/person and allows 3-4 pieces per guest.

Decor

From beautiful, custom made signs to place cards, table numbers, seating charts and so much more, we love to decorate! Most venues have a natural, beautiful elegance that may only need a few simple touches to make it your own. Use whatever your venue provides and then let us help you accessorize.

Christmas Decorating

We love to decorate and our favorite time of the year is Christmas! We offer our 7+ years of experience to help make your commercial or residential decorating holiday decorating easy and beautiful. We can use the decor you already have, provide a whole new Santa workshop or we can do something in between. The best part is after the holidays we come back and take it all down and pack it all up. No need to stress this year!

Terasa was a pleasure to work with! We had a very strict budget for flowers and I had a definite vision for what I wanted. We were able to make my vision a reality AND stay below the budget! The flowers and centerpieces were phenomenal and I received a lot of compliments on them. She was also able to provide my XL balloons that I wanted so don't be afraid to ask for something.
